Zeals Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "the Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of personal information of staff members ("users") in the staff-facing service "Zeals Staff Portal" (the "Service") operated by the Company.

The Service is operated by Zeals Co., Ltd., which is the business operator handling personal information. Development and operation of the Service are performed by SecureGraph Inc. under contract with the Company.
We send work-related emails only to addresses registered in the Service by the users themselves. We never send to purchased, rented, or scraped email lists.
Optional announcement emails include an unsubscribe mechanism, and users may stop receiving them at any time. Notifications essential to the performance of work (such as shift confirmations) may be excluded from unsubscribing while the user remains registered.
We do not provide personal information to third parties except as required by law or with the user's consent.
We may outsource operations involving the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use, and we appropriately supervise such contractors.
When entrusting the handling of personal data to third parties located in foreign countries, we take appropriate safeguards in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws.
